Integrative Counselling & Embodied Therapy
Offering one-to-one sessions and group workshops in Kings Heath (South Birmingham) and Stourbridge
Welcome
I recognise it takes courage to reach out and start looking for a therapist. It can often be one of the hardest parts of the process; I know from personal experience. Thank you for taking the time to explore the possibility of therapy with me.
I’m interested in you, the whole of you - mind and body - and your unique story. My aim as a therapist is to understand what brings you here and how we can explore what’s going on for you.
Whether you are navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, or if you’re on a journey of self exploration and want to develop a greater sense of self-awareness, we can decide on a path together.
Therapy can offer a transformative journey to re-connect with ourselves and the world around us, both in relationship with others and the wider natural world. We all have the capability of healing ourselves by listening to what goes on for us, particularly when we are in relationship with others.
My Approach
As my work is Integrative I draw from a range of models including talking and somatic (body-orientated) therapies. I tailor my approach to meet your needs as I don’t believe one way fits all.
As an Embodied therapist I encourage exploration of both mind and body. Although insight and awareness are important parts of the therapeutic process, change can often be short lived until we allow ourselves to feel how we experience things and listen to that “gut feeling” (intuition).
With a Relational approach connection is at the centre of our therapeutic process. I believe that through connection we can find the safety and support to heal. Noticing what goes on between us can often be helpful in understanding more about how we are in relationship with others.
About me
As part of my own training, professional development and personal growth I have experienced many years of talking therapy as well as body, group, and spiritual therapy. These experiences are hugely influential to my work.

How does it work?
Therapy is a collaborative relationship where we can be curious together. You are the expert in your life, my aim is to provide a safe space to support you in your own healing process, to help explore your own resources and what is important for you.
I offer sessions online and in person both in Kings Heath (South Birmingham) and Stourbridge
